RE: AGENDA FOR MAY 6, 1993 MEETING

Enclosed please find the agenda for the Bank Broker/Dealer
Advisory Committee meeting being held on May 6, 1993 at the
Ramada Plaza Suites Hotel which is located at 350 Route 3 West,
Millcreek Drive, Secaucus, New Jersey. The meeting will begin at
8:00 a.m. with continental breakfast, lunch will be served and
the meeting will continue until approximately 3:00 p.m.
The dinner at the Meadowlands on the evening of May 5, 1993
will begin with cocktails at 6:15 p.m. Transportation to the
dinner is being provided and will leave from in front of the
hotel at 5:45 p.m. We look forward to seeing you on May 5th and
6th.
