RE: NOTICE OF TWO-DAY MEETING - JULY 13-14, 1993

This is to advise you that there will be a two-day meeting
of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on July 13-14, 1993 in
the Board Room located on the 26th Floor at the offices of The
Keystone Group, 200 Berkeley Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02116.
The July 13 meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue until
approximately 5:00 p.m. The session on July 14 will start at
8:00 a.m., lunch will be served and the meeting will end at
approximately 2:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms for the night of July 13 at The Westin Hotel at Copley
Place which is located at 10 Huntington Avenue, Boston,
Massachusetts 02116 (across the street from Keystone). The room
rate is $155 single or double. To make a room reservation for
yourself, please call The Westin at 617/262-9600 and request a
room in the Keystone/ICI block. Room reservations must be made
by June 21, 1993
Ralph Spuehler wants to invite all committee members to
attend a dinner to be hosted by Keystone on the evening of July
13 in the Executive Dining Room located on the 26th Floor at
Keystone. Please state your plans regarding dinner when you
respond about the meeting. There will be no charge.
Please confirm your attendance by completing the attached
Meeting Response Form and returning it to Rita Pemberton by
