The Investment Company Institute's 1993 Investment Advisers
Conference will be held on June 16-18 at the Capital Hilton Hotel
in Washington, D.C. The attached brochure describes the
highlights of the conference and the panels, whose discussion
will focus on current developments in SEC regulation, ERISA
developments, legislative developments, compliance issues and
state developments.
In addition to the program described in the brochure, the
conference will feature a vendor exhibition of products and
services that are available to investment advisers. The
conference will open with registration in the exhibit hall at the
hotel, where a buffet dinner will be served for arriving
attendees throughout the evening from 7:00 until 10:00 pm.
Registration continues the next morning before the keynote
address and panel presentations begin.
This will be the seventh investment adviser conference
sponsored by the Institute since 1984. Excellent panelists have
agreed to lend their experience and expertise to the conference.
Attendees will benefit from not only the panel presentations but
from the question and answer periods which follow each session.
For those who wish to participate, we will have small group
discussions on a variety of subjects during breakfast on Friday
morning.
To register for the conference, please complete the form
attached to the brochure and return it with your check to the
Institute. Note that registration will not be accepted by phone
or fax. Please make your hotel reservations by calling the
Capital Hilton directly at 202/393-1000. Until May 26, a block
of rooms is being held for conference attendees, so be sure to
mention that you are attending the Institute's conference when
you call the hotel.
