Attached is a draft agenda for the meeting of the SEC Rules
Committee to be held on Thursday, April 22 at 10:00 a.m. at the
Hotel Washington, 15th and Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Washington,
DC 20004. There will be a joint luncheon with the State Liaison
Committee following the meeting.
