RE: Preliminary Agenda for April 16, 1993 meeting

Enclosed is a preliminary agenda for the next meeting of the
Sales Force Marketing Committee scheduled for Friday, April 16,
10:30 a.m., at the Hotel Washington, 15th Street and Pennsylvania
Avenue, NW., Washington, D.C. Under separate cover you have
received a registration form for this meeting and for related
marketing committee meetings to be held between April 15 and 16.
There will also be an optional dinner Thursday evening, April 15,
7:00 p.m., at the Occidental Grill Restaurant, 1475 Pennsylvania
Avenue, NW. If you plan to attend but have not already signed
up, please do so by April 12 at the latest.
As you can see, the agenda includes a number of important
industry issues. We hope that you will come prepared to
participate in discussion of these issues. If you are willing to
participate in a panel discussion of mutual fund wrap fee
