RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - JUNE 22, 1993

This is to confirm that there will be a joint meeting of
the Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent
Accountants Advisory Group on Tuesday, June 22, 1993 at The
Colonnade Boston Hotel located at 120 Huntington Avenue, Boston,
Massachusetts 02116. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10:00
a.m. and will end with lunch at noon. A meeting of the
Accounting Policy Sub-committee is scheduled for the afternoon of
June 22 immediately following lunch and a separate memorandum is
included for the members of that group.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms at The Colonnade for the night of Monday, June 21 at the
rate of $115.00 (single or double). To make a reservation,
please call the hotel by May 31 at 617/424-7000 and request a
room in the Investment Company Institute block.
