RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - MAY 6, 1993 AND DINNER - MAY 5, 1993

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the Bank
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on Thursday, May 6, 1993 at the
Ramada Plaza Suites Hotel which is located at 350 Route 3 West,
Millcreek Drive, Secaucus, New Jersey 07094. The meeting will start
at 8:00 a.m. with continental breakfast, lunch will be served and the
meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m.
Dinner arrangements are being made for committee members for
Wednesday evening, May 5 at Meadowlands Race Track. Transportation
will be provided. Each dinner attendee will be billed later (after
the meeting) for his or her share of the total transportation/dinner
cost. Please indicate your interest regarding dinner when you
respond about the meeting.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms at the
Ramada Plaza Suites Hotel for May 5 at the rate of $99.00 per night.
To reserve a room for yourself, please call the hotel at 201/863-8700
and request a room in the Alliance Fund Services block. Room
reservations must be made by April 22, 1993.
