RE: CHANGE IN DATE FOR APRIL MEETING

When we first scheduled the date for the next SEC Rules
Committee meeting we did not realize that it was being scheduled
for the day after Easter Sunday. Because many members may be
inconvenienced in making travel plans at that time we have
rescheduled the meeting for Thursday April 22.
All other arrangements remain the same. The Meeting will
be held at 10:00 a.m. at the Hotel Washington, 15th and
Pennsylvania Avenues NW. It will be followed by a joint luncheon
with the State Liaison Committee. If you wish to make a hotel
reservation, please call the hotel at (202) 638-5900 by April 1
in order to take advantage of the special room rate.
Please return the attached response to Laura Pawlowski by
fax (202-659-1519) or by mail no later than April 15, even if you
have already responded to the prior notice.
