A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for
10:00 a.m. on April 12, 1993 at The Hotel Washington, 15th and
Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Washington, DC 20004. The meeting will
be held in the Washington Room. A joint luncheon with the State
Liaison Committee will follow at 12:30 p.m. in the Parkview Room.
The State Liaison Committee meeting will follow the luncheon in
the Washington Room at 2:00 p.m.
A block of rooms has been reserved at The Hotel Washington
for attendees. The telephone number is (202) 638-5900. Please
make you own hotel reservations by Monday March 22, 1993 . When
you phone for reservations, please be sure to mention that you
are attending the Investment Company Institute's meeting.
