RE: 1993 ICI PENSION CONFERENCE - FINAL BROCHURE

The final brochure for the 1993 Pension Conference, which
will be held in Washington, D.C. from March 29 through 31, is
enclosed. Conference attendees may register on the evening of
March 29th and enjoy a buffet dinner and cocktail reception while
meeting with colleagues and exhibitors. We are expecting a
number of exhibitors including Access Research, Dalbar, DST
Systems, ICI Information Services, Phoenix Systems, Published
Image, SunGard Employee Benefit Systems, Tritech and Trustmark.
We expect this conference to be well attended, so, if you
have not already registered, please complete and return the
attached registration form as soon as possible. The deadline for
registration is March 22. The Institute has reserved a block of
rooms at the Mayflower Hotel. Please make your own reservations
by calling the hotel directly at 202-347-3000 and be sure to
mention that you are attending the Investment Company Institute's
conference to receive the conference rate of $165.
