The agenda for the meeting of the Accounting/Treasurers
Committee and the Independent Accountants Advisory Group on
February 25, 1993 is attached.
Also enclosed is a copy of the final draft of the Mortgage-
Backed Securities Accounting, Tax and Operational Issues paper
proposed by the Complex Securities Task Force of the Accounting
Policy Subcommittee, headed by Tim Jacoby of Fidelity.
Unless substantive comments are received on this paper, a
vote will be taken at the February 25, 1993 Accounting/Treasurers
Committee meeting to approve this document for distribution to
the industry.
