RE: NOTICE OF TWO-DAY MEETING - APRIL 7-8, 1993

This is to advise you that there will be a two-day meeting of
the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on April 7 and 8, 1993 in the
Wintergarden Room at the Embassy Row Hotel which is located at 2015
Massachusetts Avenue, N.W. in Washington, D.C. The April 7 meeting
will begin at 2:00 p.m. and continue until 5:00 p.m. The session on
April 8 will start at 8:00 a.m., lunch will be served and the meeting
will end at approximately 2:00 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of sleeping
rooms for the night of April 7 at the Embassy Row Hotel at the rate
of $110.00 single or double. To make room reservations for yourself,
please call the hotel by March 16 at 202/265-1600 and request a room
in the Investment Company Institute block.
Dinner for committee members is planned for the evening of
April 7 at a local restaurant. We will finalize the arrangements and
get back to you later with the time and place. Please state your
plans regarding dinner when you respond about the meeting. As is the
custom, you will be billed as a participant in this function.
For your information, future Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee
meetings are being scheduled in 1993 as follows:
- July 13 and 14 - Boston
- October 25 - San Antonio
