RE: NOTICE OF MAY 6, 1993 MEETING AND
SUMMARY OF JANUARY 13, 1993 MEETING

The next meeting of the Bank Broker/Dealer Advisory
Committee will take place on May 6, 1993 in Secaucus, New Jersey.
A dinner will be planned for the evening of May 5, 1993 at the
Meadowlands so that committee members will have an opportunity to
get to know one another in an informal setting. Specific details
on the meeting and the dinner will be provided in late February,
at which time we will be asking for your suggestions with respect
to agenda items for the May 6 meeting.
Enclosed is the summary of the January 13, 1993 meeting and
the standard Networking agreement which was discussed at the
