Please be advised that due to a scheduling conflict, the
February 9 meeting on liquidity standards for mutual funds
announced in Memorandum to SEC Rules Committee No. 6-93, dated
January 21, 1993, has been rescheduled for Monday, February 8, at
10:00 a.m. at the Institute. As previously noted, lunch will be
served following the meeting. Please call Laura Pawlowski at
