RE: 1993 ICI PENSION CONFERENCE

The Institute is sponsoring the 1993 Pension Conference
with Exhibit Hall March 29th through 31st at the Mayflower Hotel
in Washington, DC. This conference is designed to provide mutual
fund pension specialists with up-to-date information on this
substantial and growing market from both a legal and marketing
perspective.
As the preliminary agenda indicates, the conference will
cover such topics as the new 404(c) regulation, direct rollovers,
twenty percent withholding and market trends. Concurrent
sessions will be held to facilitate in-depth discussions on legal
developments, administrative issues and marketing considerations.
