RE: DELAYED EFFECTIVE DATE OF UCA FOR CERTAIN SECTION 403(b)
ARRANGEMENTS

As you know, section 522(d) of the Unemployment
Compensation Amendments of 1992 provides for a delayed effective
date for certain section 403(b) arrangements. Attached is a copy
of the New York Administrative Code provision that triggered the
inclusion of the delayed effective date.
