A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for
10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 11, 1993 at The Madison Hotel, 15th
and M Streets, NW., Washington, D.C. 20005. The meeting will be
held in the Dolly Madison room. A joint luncheon with the State
Liaison Committee will follow at 12:30 p.m., in the Monticello
Room. The State Liaison Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Madison for
attendees. The telephone number is (202-862-1600). Please make
your own hotel reservations by December 21, 1992. When you phone
for reservations, please be sure to mention that you are
attending the Investment Company Institute’s meeting.
