November 9, 1992 TO: BOARD OF GOVERNORS NO. 80-92 RE: BOARD OF GOVERNOR MEETING, JANUARY 25-27, 1993 __________________________________________________________ The Institute’s next Board of Governors meeting will be held January 25 - 27, 1993 at The Boulders in Carefree, Arizona. The program will begin with a reception and dinner on Monday evening, January 25. The Board will meet on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Another reception and dinner is scheduled for Tuesday evening. Golf and tennis tournaments will be offered on Monday afternoon. A more detailed schedule of events will be sent several weeks prior to the meeting. The Boulders is approximately 45 minutes by car from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The hotel has an optional airport van service for guests at a cost of $23 per person each way. This fee will be charged directly to your hotel bill. The Boulders offers two types of accommodations: casitas, large hotel rooms clustered in groups, and patio homes suitable for two couples. If you are interested in sharing a patio home, indicate on the form who will share these accommodations. Single Occupancy Casita $330 Double Occupancy Casita 345 Two Bedroom Patio Home 625 Two Bedroom Patio Home w/Den 675 Since The Boulders is a very popular resort, we are asking you to complete the room reservation form early and send it to the Institute. We will inform the hotel of your choice of room and guarantee it on your behalf. You must cancel your reservation with us 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty.
