RE: OPERATIONS COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA - NOVEMBER 15, 1992

Attached for your information is the agenda for the
Operations Committee Meeting to be held November 15, 1992 at the
Dolphin Hotel in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. In addition to the
agenda we are putting together a workbook which contains reference
documents pertinent to the tabbed agenda items. The workbook will
be distributed on the morning of Sunday, November 15.
Although the meeting is planned to begin at 8:00 a.m. on
November 15, we ask that you arrive at about 7:30 for the breakfast
buffet. Attire is casual.
We look forward to seeing you on the 15th in Florida.
