The meetings will be held at the Madison Hotel, 15th and M Streets, N.W., Washington, DC 20005. Cathy Creech, an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Benefits Tax Counsel, Department of the Treasury, will be our guest luncheon speaker. Ms. Creech, who has been actively involved in the drafting of regulations to implement 20 percent withholding on certain pension plan distributions, will address selected pension issues.
