RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR OCTOBER 20 MEETING

Attached is a draft agenda for the SEC Rules Committee
meeting scheduled for October 20, 1992. The meeting will be held
at the Washington Hilton Hotel and Towers, 1919 Connecticut
Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20009. The meeting will take
place in the Georgetown East Room at 10:00 a.m., and will be
followed by a joint luncheon with the Investment Advisers
Committee. Kathryn Fulton, Director, Office of the SEC’s
Legislative Affairs, will be our special luncheon speaker.
