Attached is a draft agenda for the Investment Advisers
Committee meeting scheduled for October 20, 1992. The meeting
will be held at the Washington Hilton Hotel, 1919 Connecticut
Avenue and Columbia Road in the Georgetown East Room at 1:30 p.m.
The meeting will be preceded by a joint luncheon with the SEC
Rules Committee at 12 noon in the Jefferson Room.
