A meeting of the SEC Rules Committee has been scheduled for
10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 20, 1992 at the Washington Hilton
Hotel and Towers, 1919 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C.
20009. The meeting will take place in the Georgetown East room.
A joint luncheon with the Investment Advisers Committee will
follow the meeting, in the Georgetown West room. The Investment
Advisers Committee will meet at 1:30 p.m. following the luncheon.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton for
attendees. The telephone number is 202/483-3000. Please make
your own hotel reservations by October 5, 1992. When you phone
for reservations, please by sure to mention that you are
attending the Investment Company Institute’s meeting.
