RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - NOVEMBER 4, 1992

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Accounting/Treasurers Committee and the Independent Accountants
Advisory Group on Wednesday, November 4, 1992 at the Crystal
Gateway Marriott Hotel located at 1700 Jefferson-Davis Highway in
Arlington, Virginia. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m., lunch
will be served and the meeting will continue until approximately
2:30 p.m.
For your convenience, we have reserved a block of rooms for
the night of November 3, 1992 at the Crystal Gateway Marriott
Hotel at the rate of $135.00 single or double. To reserve a
room, please call the hotel at 703/920-3230 and request a room in
the Investment Company Institute block. Room reservations must
be made by October 12.
