RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - NOVEMBER 13, 1992

This is to advise you that there will be a meeting of the
Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on Friday, November 13, 1992 at
the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel located in Lake Buena Vista,
Florida. This meeting will precede the start of the 1992
Operations Conference which will be held at the same location
from November 15 to 18. The Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee
meeting will begin with continental breakfast at 7:30 a.m. on
November 13, lunch will be served and the meeting is expected to
continue until approximately 5:00 p.m.
For your information, enclosed is the Preliminary Program
for the 1992 Operations Conference as well as an envelope which
should be used to make your hotel reservations. Please note that
the hotel requires a one-night deposit in the form of a check or
credit card. Reservations must be made by October 16. We
suggest, however, that you make your reservations early as the
hotel will fill up quickly for the conference.
