Board of Governors in appreciation of all that Jim Riepe has
contributed as Chairman of the Board for the past two years.
Please indicate below whether or not you approve of the
proposed Resolution and return the form to the Institute by
September 4, 1992.
We plan to present the Resolution to Jim at the Board of
Governors meeting on Thursday, October 1, 1992 at 10:00 am at the
Capital Hilton.
