RE: NOTICE OF TWO-DAY MEETING - SEPTEMBER 16-17, 1992

This is to advise you that there will be a two-day meeting
of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee on September 16 and 17,
1992 at the Tradewinds Resort located at 5500 Gulf Boulevard St.
Petersburg Beach, FL 33706.
The meeting on September 16 will start at 2:00 P.M. and at
6:00 P.M., a tour bus will leave the hotel for dinner at Tio
Pepe’s Restaurant in Clearwater, Florida. The bus will leave the
restaurant at 10:00 P.M. to return diners to the hotel.
September 17 begins with a continental breakfast at 7:30 A.M. and
will be followed at 8:00 A.M. by the meeting. Lunch will be
served (you have a choice of entree and we ask that you stipulate
your choice on the attached response form) and the meeting is
expected to continue until approximately 3:00 P.M. Attire is
casual throughout.
The two-day schedule follows:
Wednesday, September 16, 1992
2:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M. Meeting
6:00 P.M. Tour bus leaves for dinner
7:00 P.M. - 10:00 P.M. Dinner (Tio Pepe’s in Clearwater)
10:00 P.M. Bus leaves Tio Pepe’s for hotel

7:30 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. Continental Breakfast
8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. Meeting with Lunch
We have reserved a block of sleeping rooms at the
Tradewinds Resort for the nights of September 16 and 17 at a rate
of $99.00 per night. In addition, a smaller block of rooms is
being held for September 15 and September 18 and 19 for those of
you wishing to arrive early or stay later. To make room
reservations for yourself, please call the hotel at (813)367-6461
by Sunday, August 16 and ask for a room in the ICI Conference
block.

As is the usual custom, those of you who attend the dinner
at Tio Pepe’s on Wednesday, September 16 will be billed later for
your share of the total bill.
For your information, taxi fares from Tampa International
Airport to the Tradewinds Resort run about $35.00 each way. A
less expensive alternative is to use the shuttle services of The
Limo, Inc. Their fares are $11.25 per person one way or $21.00
round trip. To make arrangements for this service, call 1-800-
282-6817.
Golf tee times have been arranged for Wednesday morning for
those coming in early who wish to play. The number of players
are limited, so this will be handled on a first-come first-serve
basis. Attendees are to contact John Nolan at (813)573-3800 ext.
3230 regarding golf reservations.
