RE: MEETING CONCERNING PENSION PROVISIONS OF UNEMPLOYMENT
COMPENSATION AMENDMENTS

A meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, July 22 at 1:00
p.m. to discuss operational and prototype plan issues arising out
of the recently enacted provisions permitting direct transfers to
IRAs and requiring 20 percent withholding on certain plan
distributions. Lunch will be served beginning at 12:30 p.m.
