AGENDA FOR THE JULY 14 MEETING OF THE TRAINING AND REGISTRATION ISSUES TASK FORCE

June 23, 1992 TO: HUMAN RESOURCES AND TRAINING WORKING GROUP NO. 4-92 RE: AGENDA FOR THE JULY 14 MEETING OF THE TRAINING AND REGISTRATION ISSUES TASK FORCE __________________________________________________________ As we previously informed you, the next meeting of the Training and Registration Issues Task Force will be held from 11:00-4:00 on Wednesday, July 14, at American Capital in Houston. The meeting will be hosted by Tamara Scott, Dean of American Capital University, who will begin the meeting with a tour of the university. Lunch and a business meeting will follow. Enclosed is an agenda for the meeting. American Capital and its university are located at 2800 Post Oak Boulevard (the Transco Tower, which adjoins the Galleria) in Houston. For planning purposes, you may want to know that this location is equally accessible from either Hobby or Intercontinental Airports, but you should plan on cabfare of at least $30 each way. There are several hotels that will be convenient for those planning to stay overnight. Please make your own hotel reservations. The Westin Oaks 713/960-8100 The Westin Galleria 713/960-8100 Guest Quarters 713/961-9000 There will be an informal dinner gathering for those members who will be in Houston the night before the meeting. This optional dinner will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, July 13, at Cero’s, which is located at the corner of West Alabama and Sage Streets (across the street from the Galleria). Though there is no fee for the meeting or lunch, there is a dinner registration fee of $25 for those who plan to join us for the optional dinner. Dress for the dinner will be casual. If you plan to attend the meeting and/or dinner, please complete the attached registration form and send it to The Investment Company Institute, 1600 M Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20036, Attention: Tracy Weiland. A check for the dinner registration fee may also be sent to Ms. Weiland. All members of the Human Resources and Training Working Group are welcome to attend the meeting and dinner.
