RE: MEETING NOTICE, THURSDAY, JULY 16, 1992

A meeting of the Employees’ Compensation, Benefits and
Retirement Advisory Committee will be held at the University
Club, 1135 16th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20036 on July 16,
1992 at 7:30 am, in the Presidents Room. Breakfast will be
served. This meeting is scheduled to precede the Executive
Committee meeting which will commence at 9:30 am the same day.
The meeting will have two principal agenda topics:
1) Non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements
for certain employees, and
2) Amendments to the Institute’s qualified Employees’
Retirement Plans to permit other employers, i.e.
ICI Mutual Services Company, to adopt the plans.
