RE: UPCOMING NASAA COMMITTEE MEETING ON WRAP FEE PRODUCTS

The NASAA Financial Planners/Investment Advisers Committee
is scheduled to meet on June 13 to discuss wrap fee products.
This Committee is charged with formulating a recommendation for
NASAA members on "the wrap fee and investment adviser
representative disclosure issues."
Attached is a letter from Nancy Smith, Chair of the
Committee, requesting general information about wrap fee products
in preparation for the June 13 meeting. Therefore, it would be
helpful if you could provide me with information about any wrap
fee products offered by your firm by June 3. My direct number is
