and specify that you are attending the ICI meetings.

Background Materials:
We will Federal Express to you the package of background materials for
the meeting at least one week prior to June 3rd.
Dinner Arrangements:
We will arrange a dinner for those committee members who are in
Washington the evening of June 3rd and who wish to attend. We require
that if you attend, you meet the cost of your own dinner.
To handle reservations and charges efficiently, please do the
following:
-send the attached form to us by fax indicating you will attend
-mail us a check (payable to ICI) for $40.00 (the actual cost
of the dinner will be higher, but we will cover the difference)
-we will telephone you with the exact location of the restaurant
As always, we look forward to an informal gathering of the Research
Committee.
