RE: Summaries of March 11 Meetings

Enclosed are summaries of the meetings held in Washington
on March 11. The material includes summaries of each of the task
forces as well as for the meeting of the Working Group. Please
let us know if you have any comments on any of the summaries.
The Compensation Study Task Force has selected the
William M. Mercer Co. to assist us in producing the study. Plans
are already underway for this important project for the industry.
You will receive more information on the study by the end of
April.
We are attempting to schedule the next meeting of the
Working Group to coincide with the Operations Conference that
takes place in Orlando, FL, November 15 - 18. We will be in
touch with you as soon as specific arrangements have been made.
In the meantime, you may want to mark your calendar for these
dates.
