RE: DRAFT AGENDA FOR APRIL 8 COMMITTEE MEETING

Attached is a draft agenda for the next meeting of the Unit
Investment Trust Committee, scheduled for Wednesday, April 8 in
the Institute's David Silver Conference Room. Please note that
included as an item on the agenda is a discussion of future
Institute projects for the Committee. In this regard, we would
appreciate suggestions from Committee members at the meeting as
to specific matters of interest to unit investment trusts for the
Institute to address on behalf of the Committee.
