Because the June 11-12 dates which we tentatively set at
our last Insurance Broker-Dealer Advisory Committee meeting were
not available for a number of committee members, we wish to have
you inform us whether you are available for the next meeting to
be held on June 25-26, 1992.

as soon as possible but not later than Friday, March 27, 1992.
We will get back to you later to confirm a final meeting
date.
