Enclosed, along with the minutes of the Winter 1992 meeting, is a
preliminary agenda for the upcoming Spring meeting of the Share-
holder Communications Committee on Friday, April 10, 1992 from
9:30 am to 12:30 pm at the University Club in Washington, DC (on
16th Street Northwest, between L and M Streets). Please call me
with any comments or suggestions for either the agenda or the
minutes. Also enclosed is an updated committee mailing list.
You should have already received a registration form and
information about the other marketing/communications committee
meetings and optional dinners scheduled during the week of April
6 (Shareholder Communications Committee No. 4-92, dated March 2,
1992). As always, you are welcome to attend any other committee
meeting as a visitor. If you have not already registered for
these meetings, please do so as soon as possible.
