RE: NOTICE OF MEETING - WEDNESDAY, MAY 20, 1992

The next meeting of the Board of Governors has been
scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 1992, commencing at 10:00 am in
the Renaissance West Ballroom at the Ramada Renaissance
Techworld, 999 Ninth Street, NW, Washington, DC. This meeting
will last until about 12:15 pm.
A special Legislative Conference at the U.S. Capitol has
been scheduled immediately following the conclusion of the Board
meeting. A tentative program for the Conference, which will
commence with a lunch at the Capitol and last through 5:30 pm, is
attached. Transportation to and from the Capitol will be
provided.
This Board meeting is also scheduled in conjunction with
the annual General Membership Meeting. The opening reception for
the GMM begins at 6:30 pm on May 20.
I hope that you will make every effort to attend this
important meeting of the Board of Governors and the Legislative
Affairs Conference, and that you also plan to attend as much of
the General Membership Meeting as your schedule allows.
Please indicate on the attached form whether or not you
plan to attend the Board meeting and/or Legislative Conference
and return the form to the Institute.
