A meeting of the Investment Advisers Committee has been
scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 29, 1992 at the
Sheraton Washington Hotel, 2660 Woodley Rd., N.W., Washington,
D.C. 20008. A joint luncheon with the SEC Rules Committee will
be provided preceding the meeting. The SEC Rules Committee will
meet at 10:00 a.m.

your own hotel reservations by March 31, 1992. When you phone
for reservations, please be sure to mention that you are
attending the Investment Company Institute's meeting.
