TO: Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee RE: Registration Open: Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee, July 19–20, 2023
The next meeting of the Broker/Dealer Advisory Committee will take place in person on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, and Thursday, July 20, 2023, at ICI's newly renovated offices, located at 1401 H St. NW, Washington DC 20005.
On Wednesday, July 19 the committee meeting will begin with continental breakfast served at 8:30 a.m. ET with the meeting beginning at 9:00 a.m. ET. Lunch will be served midday, and the meeting will conclude by 5:00 p.m. ET. On Thursday, July 20 the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. ET; breakfast will be available before the meeting. The meeting will conclude at 12:00 noon ET. Attendees can select an optional boxed lunch following Thursday's meeting. Dress code for the meeting is business casual.
Attendees should enter the office from H Street and will be required to provide a state-issued photo ID when checking in with lobby security, where they will be directed to the meeting room.
Pursuant to ICI's current COVID-19 policies described in the Visitor Protocols document included with this memo, attendees will agree to confidentially notify ICI of any COVID-19 infection within 5 days of attending the meeting. Vaccination against COVID-19 is no longer mandatory as of December 16, 2022.
ICI will confirm any special health-related details by email with attendees on Friday, July 14. Attendees that prefer to wear a mask, if not otherwise required, are welcome and encouraged to do so.
We will notify committee members and attendees if the health situation warrants a change to in-person participation or other arrangements.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn located at 815 14th St. NW, Washington, DC 20005 for the evenings of July 18 and 19. The rate per night is $279.00. The hotel is across the street from ICI. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as rooms are limited. All reservations must be guaranteed by June 30, 2023, to receive the room block rate.
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty.
Please join the committee for an optional networking reception and dinner at The Hamilton, 600 14th St. NW, Washington DC, 20005 from 6:30–9:30 p.m. Meeting attendees electing to attend the dinner will pay $150.00 per person (via credit card) as part of the meeting registration process. Please note that if you confirm attendance for the BDAC dinner and cancel within 3 business days of the scheduled event, you will be charged the $150.00. Attire for the event is business casual.

Our experience indicates that roundtable discussion topics circulated in advance of the meeting considerably enhance the discussion.
