RE: MEETING AGENDA - MARCH 21, 1992

Attached is the agenda for the March 21, 1992 Operations
Committee meeting which will be held at the Westin La Paloma
Hotel in Tucson, Arizona. The meeting will begin with breakfast
at 8:00 a.m. in Canyon II and is expected to continue until
approximately noon.
You may note that the agenda reflects a new format for
Operations Committee meetings. Where in the past, we spent
significant time in Committee meetings reviewing the contents of
"old" ICI memoranda, at this upcoming meeting and future meetings
we wish to focus on current and prospective matters of direct
interest. The meetings will lead off with reports of the
activities of the working sub-committees and solicitation of
ideas and information from all attendees on the matters covered.
The balance of the agenda includes other matters we believe are
both important and currently relevant to the Committee. We are
hopeful that this approach to Committee meetings will lead to
increased interest and participation of all Committee members.
We strongly encourage your attendance and we look forward to
seeing you all in Tuscon for some very active and enthusiastic
discussions.
