Attached for your review is the proposed Standard
Networking Agreement which will be discussed at the Committee's
February 27, 1992 meeting in Boston. This document was initially
drafted and then substantially revised by Kirkpatrick & Lockhart,
outside counsel to the Institute, in accordance with the comments
and agreements of the Networking Agreement Task Force at its
January 14, 1992 meeting. A list of the Networking Agreement
Task Force members is also attached.
