TO: ETF (Exchange-Traded Funds) Committee RE: Revised Dates for October 2023 ETF Committee Meeting and Dinner: Now October 25-26 (In-Person, Washington, DC)

 

Please note that we have changed the dates for the Institute's October 2023 ETF Committee meeting and dinner, which now will take place on Wednesday, October 25 (dinner) and Thursday, October 26 (meeting).

The October meeting will take place in-person in Washington, DC at a yet-to-be-determined location on Thursday, October 26. The meeting will begin at 10 am (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 1 pm (Eastern Time). Lunch will be served. That meeting will be preceded by a member dinner on Wednesday, October 25 beginning at 6 pm (Eastern Time).

The May meeting will continue to be held virtually on Tuesday, May 30. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 3:00 pm (Eastern Time).

The agendas for the each of the meetings and the locations of the October meeting and member dinner will be circulated to this Committee closer to the relevant event date. If you have not already done so, please register to attend the May virtual meeting at https://cvent.me/va5BOg and the October meeting and/or member dinner at https://cvent.me/31rbrZ. Upon registering for the specific meeting and/or dinner, you will receive a calendar invite for the event. When completing the online registration, please also provide any suggested topics that you would like to discuss at the particular meeting.

For members that had already registered for the October meeting, we will send a modification email to you with a new calendar invite reflecting the new dates.
