TO: Security Valuation Operations Committee RE: Security Valuation Operations Committee Meeting – May 4, 2023
The next meeting of the Security Valuation Operations Committee has been scheduled for Thursday, May 4, 2023, at the offices of Alliance Bernstein, 1345 6th Ave New York, NY 10105. The meeting will be held in Room 41-ABCD on the 41st floor from 10:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. Breakfast and lunch will be served.
Additionally, we will have Peter Finnerty and Katie King from PwC attending the meeting and will have them brief the committee on FASB, PCAOB, and SEC developments affecting security valuation, audit and disclosure.
