RE: MEETING AGENDA - FEBRUARY 28, 1992

Enclosed for your review is the agenda for the February 28,
1992 meeting of the Insurance Broker-Dealer Advisory Committee.
The day will begin at 7:30 a.m. with continental breakfast in
Salon B Foyer of the Four Seasons Hotel which is located at 200
Boylston Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02116. The meeting will
follow at 8:00 a.m. in Salon B. Lunch will be served and the
meeting is expected to continue until approximately 3:00 p.m.
For those of you attending dinner on February 27, please
meet at 6:15 p.m. for the cocktail reception in the Executive
Dining Room on the 24th Floor at the offices of Massachusetts
Financial, 500 Boylston Street in Boston (a short walk from the
Four Seasons Hotel). Dinner will be served at 6:45 p.m.
Also enclosed, for your information is an updated list of
Insurance Broker-Dealer Advisory Committee members, their
addresses, phone and fax numbers.
