TO: Disclosure Working Group RE: 2023 Schedule for Disclosure Working Group Calls
To provide members of the Disclosure Working Group a forum to discuss disclosure matters, including SEC staff comments on prospectus disclosure, we will continue our conference calls using the Zoom platform.
This year, we have scheduled calls for Tuesday afternoons from 2:00 to 3:00 pm (Eastern Time) on February 21, May 23, and October 17, 2022.

Please register for each of the scheduled calls using the links below. When you register, please indicate any questions or topics that you would like to raise and discuss on the call. After registering, Zoom videoconference and dial-in information will be forward to you. Reminders
In advance of each call, I will send an email, reminding working group members about the upcoming call and asking those who plan to participate to submit any additional issues for the agenda, which members will receive once finalized. Typically, these are questions on which members seek feedback from their peers. During the call, the member who suggested the agenda item will pose the question to the group for discussion.
The value of these calls derives in large part from members identifying issues for the agenda and call participants being willing to actively discuss those issues. Accordingly, I encourage each of you to submit agenda items and actively participate in the discussion.
