TO: ETF (Exchange-Traded Funds) Committee RE: Save the Dates – 2023 ETF Committee Meetings: February 28 (In-Person, New York); May 30 (Virtual); October 31 (In-Person, Washington, DC)
Please note that we have finalized the dates for the Institute's three planned 2023 ETF Committee meetings, which will take place on the last Tuesday of February, May, and October.[1]
The February meeting will take place in-person at Nasdaq Headquarters in New York City (151 West 42nd Street, New York, New York) on Tuesday, February 28. The meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 am (Eastern Time) and end at approximately 11:00 am (Eastern Time). It will be preceded by a member dinner on Monday, February 27.
The May meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 30. The meeting will begin at 1:00 pm (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 3:00 pm (Eastern Time).
The October meeting will take place in-person in Washington, DC at a yet-to-be-determined location on Tuesday, October 31. The meeting will begin at 10 am (Eastern Time) and should conclude no later than 1 pm (Eastern Time). That meeting also will be preceded by a member dinner on Monday, October 30.
The agendas for the each of the meetings and the locations of the October meeting and February and October member dinners will be circulated to this Committee closer to the relevant event date.
