RE: NASD REVISES SERIES 26 EXAMINATION

For your information, attached is an NASD Notice to Members
reporting that the Series 26 examination (the investment company
products/variable contracts limited principal examination) has
been revised to reflect regulatory and business changes. The
changes to the exam become effective April 1, 1992. Revised
study outlines will be available February 1, 1992.
