Please note that the October 2022 Disclosure Working Group call has been rescheduled from Tuesday, October 11 at 2 pm (Eastern Time) to Monday, October 17 at 2:30 pm (Eastern Time). To attend the call, please register at https://cvent.me/m7lRZX. When completing the online registration, please also provide any suggested topics that you would like to discuss or questions that you would like to raise on the call. After registering, videoconference information will be forwarded to you.

For members that had already registered for the October meeting, your registration automatically will carry over from the October 11 date to the October 17 date. However, you should delete your calendar invite for October 11. Instead, we will send a new calendar invite updated to reflect the new date and time. If you no longer can attend, please update your response at the link above to denote this.

Guest Speakers

We are extremely pleased that members of the Securities and Exchange Commission's Disclosure Review and Accounting Office in the Division of Investment Management will join us to provide insights on trends the office is seeing and disclosure issues it wants to alert the industry to.

You will have opportunities to pose questions to the staff during the call. Alternatively, if you would like ICI staff to pose any questions to the SEC staff, feel free to send the questions to us or include them when registering.
