The next meeting of the Investment Company Institute's (ICI) BTRAC will be held on Monday, November 7 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT and on Tuesday, November 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CT in conjunction with ICI's Technology Summit. Tuesday's session will be a joint session with the Broker Dealer Advisory Committee.
The BTRAC meeting and the Technology Summit will take place at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel located at 2222 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX, 75219. The Renaissance Dallas Hotel is approximately 20 miles (21 minutes estimated driving time) from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.
Lunch will be served beginning at noon CT on Monday and a continental breakfast and lunch will be served on the second day of the meeting. Attire for the meeting is business casual.
Reception
The ICI will host an optional networking reception following the BTRAC meeting on Monday, November 7, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. As multiple ICI committees will be meeting on Monday, the networking event will be a joint reception for all committee meeting attendees and will be a fantastic opportunity to catch up industry colleagues on other ICI committees. Note: there is no additional cost to attend the joint reception. Attire for the reception is business casual.

Hotel Accommodations - Deadline October 12, 2022
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel for the evenings of November 6 through November 10 starting at a rate of $169 per night. Reservations must be made through the following link. Rooms are limited, so please make your hotel reservations early to ensure you receive a room. To receive the special conference rate, all reservations must be guaranteed before the cutoff date of Wednesday, October 12, 2022.
