Registration Now Open: ICI's September 22, 2022, Sales and Marketing Committee Meeting

TO: Sales and Marketing Committee RE: Registration Now Open: ICI's September 22, 2022, Sales and Marketing Committee Meeting

 

The Investment Company Institute's Sales and Marketing Committee will meet on Thursday, September 22, 2022, at John Hancock Investment's offices located at 200 Berkeley St., in Boston, MA. The meeting will run from 8:30 a.m. to approximately 1:00 p.m. (ET). We will offer both an in-person attendance option and the ability to attend via Zoom. For in-person attendees, a continental breakfast will be available beginning at 8:00 am, and lunch will be provided near the end of the meeting.

Covid-19 Protocols

Please note that you must be fully vaccinated and must attest to being fully vaccinated in order to attend the meeting in person. ICI's Visitor Covid-19 Protocols are included in the online registration process—please read the protocols carefully before registering.

Meeting Registration

Committee members should register for the Sales and Marketing Committee meeting and the September 21 networking dinner reception at https://cvent.me/X19D8r. When registering, please indicate if you will attend in-person or virtually, as well as provide any topics you would like addressed at the meeting.

Hotel

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Boston Park Plaza for meeting attendees. The Boston Park Plaza, which is located 50 Park Plaza, is less than a two-block walk to John Hancock's offices. To make your hotel reservation, please use the following link:  https://book.passkey.com/e/50363868 before the August 19 cutoff date to reserve the $329 plus tax room rate.

Networking Dinner

An optional networking dinner reception will be held on Wednesday evening, September 21, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. (ET). The reception will feature heavy hors d'oeuvres, desserts, wine, and beer at The Banks - Fish House, which is located at 406 Stuart Street in Boston (a block from John Hancock's office). The cost to attend the dinner is $140. Please note that if you cancel a dinner registration with less than three business days' notice, the $140 will NOT be refunded.

Miscellaneous

Business casual attire will be appropriate for the committee meeting and dinner.
